Is International Shipping available?

Yes! We ship to anywhere in the world via UPS Standard or Express Saver.


Shipping Times

We schedule all shipments in a week to be picked up on the same day. This might add a few days to the shipping time. 

Shipping time varies depending on your physical address and when the order is received. You can check standard shipping times for UPS Standard (ground shipping) and UPS Express Saver via the UPS website.

How do you ship your coffee locally?

For orders within Rome, throughout Italy and continental Europe, UPS Standard (ground shipping) is available. If you live in Rome, local pick-up is also available.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated directly through the UPS shipping platform using updated rates that are based on the weight and size of the items you're purchasing.


Can I pick up my coffee at Marigold?

Yes! You can choose to pick up your order during the checkout process.


What is your return policy?

Coffee cannot be returned or refunded. All coffee sales are final.

For brewing equipment, in accordance to European trade laws, all products can be returned within 14 days of shipment, if they are in their original packaging.


I own a business and I’d like to serve your coffee to my customers. Do you have wholesale pricing?

At this time we do not have wholesale pricing for our coffee.  


Is it possible to get the coffee ground?

    No. When the coffee is roasted, it is packaged and sealed in its air-tight bag. To grind the coffee, we need to open it and immediately it affects the freshness. 

    If you don't have a grinder at home, you can usually grind coffee at your local coffee shop, roastery or specialty store. Make sure to inform whoever is grinding your coffee how you plan to brew it, as filter and espresso methods require different grinder settings.


    How long do you recommend I use the coffee for?

      The coffee will retain its freshness in the sealed bag for up to four months from the roasting date. Four months after this date, the coffee may not fully express its unique flavor profile.


      How should I store my coffee?

        You should keep your coffee in an air-tight container, in a cool and dark place, and in its original packaging if possible. Our bags have a valve that lets gasses out and prevents air from coming into the bag.
